Simpson University has already played a couple of games, winning 84-81 on October 24 versus Eastern Oregon as senior guard Shaquille (College of the Redwoods/Kennedy High) Jones led with 19 points in 23 minutes.
The same two teams met again the next night as Simpson fell 83-77. Jones was consistent, topping his squad with 21 points.
