Going with Green

Tyler Green of Enterprise High is the All-Northern Section Most Valuable Player. He put up 18.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists an outing this season.

T.J. Holmes wrote this on Green back in November:

"Every team needs a player to bury a game-tying or go-ahead 3-pointer in the game’s waning seconds. Green is that guy for Enterprise.

The Hornets’ junior is primed for another big year after helping them to a section title last season, the year after helping Liberty Christian win a Northern Section Division V title as a freshman.

Green sat out the first month of last season due to the CIF transfer rule and averaged 9.7 points and 2.3 assists across 15 games. He nailed 30 of 83 3-pointers (36 percent clip) and will have an improved role this year for what is expected to be a shooting-happy Enterprise squad."
