Out of Oakland Tech, the 6-foot-4 sophomore averaged 10.4 points plus 3.5 rebounds on 44%, 44% and 84% shooting this season for the state champion Rams.
Prairie View, a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference, is located in the Houston area and recently hired a 'new' coach whose status changed from assistant to interim head coach to now head coach, all at PV.
