The morality of Ken Starr can be summed up with this line: whoever is paying his salary owns him lock, stock and barrel. He is a hand puppet who will do and say whatever the entity issuing him a check tells him to. His world revolves around nothing else but damage control to himself and his overseer. But Starr will be fine financially as whoring for someone or something else is always lucrative. Sackcloth and ashes is too good for his fate, not that he would ever recognize the need to repent.
As Diana Moskovitz writes: "The Board of Regents is full of shit. Ken Starr is full of shit. And the women who say they were raped at Baylor still are waiting for answers."

The NCAA should forever shut down Baylor football (fat chance of that happening!). The silence from the Baptist hierarchy is deafening.
