SACRAMENTO, CA - Team SAGE: Scholar Athletes Globally Emerging will host a weekend-long educational clinic for greater Sacramento area and Oakland Bay area amateur athletes. Team SAGE is an organized amateur athletic program whose focus is bridging athletic talent with scholastic achievement. As best described by Wornel Simpson, Team SAGE Founder, “The goal, is to propel our youth to a higher level of educational ownership and civic responsibility that will result in intellectually prepared student-athletes.”
