The 2017-18 Bay Area Warriors


We have a great roster and have already won the championship at the Oakland Rebels Tournament. All of our players are very good students and most of them are qualified to attend high academic schools. Please call me to get more information and contact information.

Class of 2017:

Dempsey Roggenbuck - Prolific Prep, 6'4" wing.  Dempsey can really score.  He is a great shooter with a very quick release and can get to the rim. He is very long and athletic getting a lot of dunks in games. See video. He is a low level D1 and D2 prospect. If you still have a spot for a 2017 player you need to see Dempsey.

Class of 2018:

Spencer Spivy - University HS, 6'5" combo guard.  Spencer is long, very skilled, great feel for the game and can really shoot it with range and off the dribble. Spencer was BCL-West Player of the year averaging 18.9 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 3.9 apg and was 90/212 = 42.5% on 3s. He is ranked in NorCal top 40 prospects and is getting D1 interest. Great student who is looking to go to high academic school.

Nate Robinson - Sacred Heart Cathedral, 6'4" combo guard. Nate is long and very skilled and can really shoot. Great playmaker with the ball in his hands. Nate is a top 40 NorCal prospect, a very good student and is getting D1 interest.

Watida Mukukula - Riordan HS, 6'2" point guard. Watida is from Zimbabwe, Africa and was in the Africa top 50 camp before coming to the US. He has not been eligible to play in HS yet so is unknown but is a D1 and D2 prospect. He is exceptionally quick, fast and skilled. Very vocal and positive leader. Very good student in the classroom. He is worth a look by D1 to D3 schools

Walter Lum - Lick-Wilmderding HS, 5'9" point guard. Walter is lightning quick and exceptionally skilled. Great feel for the game and can really shoot it and create is his own shot at all times. Fun player to watch (search him on youtube) He is very athletic and can dunk the ball. Very good student. Worth a look by D1 to D3 schools

Sam Onche - Contra Costa Christian, 6'6" forward. Sam is from Nigeria and is a good student. He is very strong and super athletic. He loves to block shots and rebound. Very good post passer and finisher close to the hoop.

Julian Manyika - University HS, 6'4" shooting guard. Julian can really shoot it with range and quick release. Last season he was 87/208 = 41.8% on 3s. Very good defender too. Great student who wants to go to high academic school.

Jason Holman - Los Lomas HS, 5'10" shooting guard. Jason can really score including shooting it with range and a quick release. He is quick and scrappy on defense. Good student.

Landon Gregg - Redwood HS, 6'5" forward. Strong body and good skills. Good student.

Kalil Freeman - Heritage HS, 6'3" guard. Long and versatile. Very good shooter. Very good student.

Kevin Fok - Lowell HS, 5'11" point guard. Strong, smart, skilled, good shooter and tough. Very good student.

Class of 2019:

Eric Donaldson - Antioch HS, 6'4" forward.  Very strong, skilled and smart player. Good shooter. Very versatile and can play all 5 positions. Very good student.

Tyler Woods - St. Joseph Notre Dame, 6' point guard. Strong and quick point guard. Dynamo ball hawk on defense

Max Fried - University HS, 6'4" guard. Strong and athletic big guard who does it all. Last season as a sophomore was 1st team All-League - 8.4 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 4.1 apg, 1.9 spg and 22/51 = 43.1% on 3s. Great floor vision and projects as a big point guard.  

During the 2017 Spring Evaluation Period the Bay Area Warriors will playing in the following events:

April 21-23 - SoCal Hoop Review run by Gerry Freitas at Next Level Sports Complex in Garden Grove, CA.

April 28-30 - NorCal Hoop Review Spring Showcase run by Gerry Freitas at Jamtown in Oakland, CA
