Marin Independent Journal: "Nylek Cobb and Trevelin Queen scored 24 points apiece to help guide the College of Marin men’s basketball team to a 90-60 road win against Mendocino in Ukiah on Friday night.
Queen hit four three-pointers during the game and Cobb had four baskets from beyond the arc in the second half. The Mariners (7-3, 2-0 Bay Valley Conference) led 40-27 at the half and pulled away from there.
“Guys locked in and did a great job defending and executing our offense,” COM coach Scott Thom said. “I’m really proud of our guys. They continue to be coachable and work on our weaknesses.”
