Chico State men reach 7-1 for first time since 1942
Rashad Parker led the Chico State men's basketball team with 13 points in a 69-40 nonconference victory Saturday night at Acker Gym over Pacific Union College, a 1,500-student NAIA school from Angwin.
Damario Sims added nine points and four assists for the Wildcats, who are 7-1 for the first time since 1942.
Jason Conrad and Chris Sharp chipped in eight points apiece for Chico State, which led the Pioneers (1-7) at halftime 41-16.
