The 4th Annual Nor Cal Tip Off Classic, orchestrated by Nor Cal hoops guru Gerry Freitas, possessed a nice combination of elite-level talents like ESPNU 100 prospect Jabari Brown (Oakland, Calif./Oakland) and quality depth (approximately 30 Division I prospects)

Although Brown had a somewhat pedestrian outing due to the smothering defense of Newark Memorial, other less-heralded prospects like Marquette-bound Juan Anderson (Castro Valley, Calif./Castro Valley) and unsigned sleeper Andre McPhail (Antioch, Calif./Deer Valley) put together outstanding all-around performances...
