Monday's high schools notes

Mitch Stephens is out with his weekly honor roll and upcoming games to watch.

+++++

Remember the powerhouse Archbishop Mitty team of a few years back? The one that went to the state finals (losing to Mater Dei if our memeory is correct, which it sometimes isn't). We thought it would be interesting to re-visit where those high schoolers moved on to and how they are doing.

* Drew Gordon is now at New Mexico where he is averaging 12.1 ppg (shooting 53%) and 9.1 rpg. while tied for team lead with 19 blocks in 14 games

* Angelo Caloiaro is at USF and averaging 9.5 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists a game

* John Adams is at Lehigh and averaging 1.7 ppg.

* Enoch Andoh is at Bucknell and averaging 1.3 ppg.

* Brandon Scott is redshirting this (sophomore) season at UC Irvine

* Collin Chiverton is a sophomore at City College of San Francisco and the team's leading scorer.

* Chris Weber is a sophomore at West Valley College and the second-leading scorer on the squad.
