The Cabrillo College Seahawks lost tonight at Chabot College (Hayward) in the 1st round of the NorCal regionals 81-63. Cabrillo (20-8, 11-1) came out flat tonight and never really got anything going offensively as the Seahawks looked out of sync from the start. Chabot shot the ball extremely well in the first half connecting on eight three-point baskets in the half. Chabot lead at halftime 48-29.

The second 20 minutes was not much different as Cabrillo managed to cut the lead the 13 twice but never could get any closer as Chabot cruised to the 19 point win. Tyler Velasquez lead Cabrillo in scoring with 24 points.
Here's the game report from Isiah Guzman.
