His introduction was a 34-point outburst in a close loss to Bakersfield, but Huggins was explosive all year long, averaging a county-high 23.3 points per game, plus 9.1 rebounds. He hit the 25-point mark 11 times and was the South Yosemite League MVP.Cal State Bakersfield, Cal State Northridge, San Jose State University and Fresno State have also offered.
