It was conference perennial power Cal Poly Pomona 66-52 over host Cal State East Bay last night. Former Center High and San Joaquin Delta College big Chad Haysbert had a strong performance with 14 points (7-8 shooting), nine rebounds plus four assists for the victors. For the Pioneers, guard Mark Samuels led with 22 on 8-15 shooting.
