Rahon looking at St. Mary's

Via Jeff Goodman: "BC guard Joe Rahon told ESPN he has spoken to St. Mary's, Butler, Purdue, and Colorado. Has been given permission to talk to other schools."

Rahon averaged 9.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists as a sophomore this past season.

You can't go wrong as a guard in Moraga.

His older brother was a shooter deluxe at San Diego State and, before that, Santa Clara.

One note:
Sophomore Joe Rahon has been named to the 2014 All-ACC Academic Men's Basketball Team, announced Tuesday by Commissioner John Swofford.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
