Down in Pomona on Saturday, Cal Poly Pomona bested Humboldt State 86-76. For the Southlanders, Barry (McClymonds High) Bell contributed 14 points, seven assists and five rebounds with Jeremy (St. Mary's High) Dennis posting 13 points plus seven boards.
The Lumberjacks by Nikhol Lizotte's 21 points plus 19 points alongside eight assists via Malik Morgan.
