This crossbay rivalry saw a really good one Friday in The City as Cal State University East Bay bested San Francisco State 77-75 in overtime. For the Pioneers, Jalen (Santa Clara) Richard and Jack (DeAnza JC/Scotts Valley High) Pasquini each scored 21 points. They were on the court 45 and 43 minutes respectively.
The Gators had five players scoring in double figures: Jon McMurry 17, Treaven (St. Mary's/Las Lomas High) Duffy 15, Warren (Cabrillo College) Jackson 13, Brantley Bynum 11 and Nick (Marin Catholic High) Calcaterra 10.
