Developing as a collegain

Here's an interesting look at college player development. It seems that some schools devote time to this during the season and outside of it but not necessarily others, which is surprising. It's  utimately up to the individual to focus on his own betterment but programs can use this as a nice recruiting tool IF there is an example of demonstrative improvement available to use as an example.
