On Friday, San Joaquin Delta College best Modesto Junior College 80-73. For the victors, Trey (Vallejo High) Merriweather led with 18 points and he added seven boards. Justin (East Union High) Nieto was close behind with 16 points.
Mason (Modesto Christian High) Washington scored 34 points for the Pirates.
