In Bozeman on Thursday, Montana State edged Sacramento State 71-64. Freshman guard Jeff Wu came off the bench to score 11 points in 22 minutes for the Hornets. He shot 3-4 from long distance including a trey that put Sacto up by one with about three minutes left. Senior guard Cody Demps was out with an injury and missed the game.
