From David Pick: "Townsville Crocodiles Egyptian-American center Omar Samhan, has signed with Taranaki Airs in New Zealand, agent Scott Nichols told Eurobasket.
Samham, a 6-foot-11 big man, will transfer to the New Zealand club once the Australian NBL season is complete in February.
Samhan, averaging 8.3 points and 6.3 rebounds over 19.8 minutes per game for Townsville, has played Poland, the D-League, the Philippines, Germany, and Lithuania - where he won the 2011 championship with Zalgiris Kaunas"
