Quick thought: Chicago is the most dysfunctional large city in our country. So much is needed including enough people throughout this country with the necessary sense of values to find life for so many in Chi Town, as well as elsewhere, as unacceptable. A fully comprehensive plan for reversal is required as is the political will. The money needed is there, that's just but one of the lies that should never be allowed to be told again.
