Marcellus Clay to Ohlone College

Mr. Invisible this past season and someone who would have brought much needed height to Oakland High, Marcellus Clay, has made the decision to play for Coach John Peterson at Ohlone College.

Unfortunately the question can now never be answered, that being how much further could the Wildcats have advanced with the 6-foot-7 Clay in the middle?

This move isn't based on academics but because Clay was forced to sit out his senior season after transferring from Skyline High. Not being able to display his wares obviously limited his visibility so a season of community college ball will catapult him back into the process.

Clay played club team ball for the Oakland Rebels and the Bay Area Warriors, under Coach Raymond Young.
