This is interesting regarding Josiah Turner

Jim Basnight, with solid basketball bonafides in his background, writes a blog covering Washington hoops as well as PAC-12 basketball. He recently offered this in relation to PAC-12 NBA draft prospects after next season, about former Sac High star Josiah Turner who is heading to Arizona:

"...Turner is headed to the NBA draft more than likely, whether or not he gets into school with his academic problems. If he does have problems qualifying, that could be very damaging to 'Zona's chances to stay in contention for the Pac-12 title and another tournament shot..."

The 'situation' regarding Turner's academics has been out there for a while but without substantiation because only the Turner family Arizona officials and probably some at Sac High know the reality.

But his January move to a prep school in North Carolina lends credence to the rumor although the NCAA is certainly going to pore over any of Turner's Quality Education Academy academic achievements
