Dayton Morinaga reports that CCSF's Quincy Smith has signed a national letter-of-intent with Hawaii of the Big West Conference.
That makes it four for Coach Justin Labagh so far as Shawn Smith is moving on to Marshall, Gabriel Aguirre is Pacific bound and Delon Wright signed with Utah.
