Overlooking all the other stuff, Turner just hasn't played all much in situations that would help him progress in his hoops IQ -- his high school and college tenures were self interrupted -- and that lack of 'development from experience' appears to be holding him back.
Unsolicited advice: find a pro situation and a coach -- regardless of the money -- that will be learning beneficial and work through any obstacles.
