"Blueprint Training"

To: Players / Parents / Coaches

"BluePrint Training" is here!

A complete training program for the aspiring basketball player (movement stretching / strengthening of a basketball core / skill development / conditioning). 

Classes start Sun Nov 17 @ Antioch Community Center / 4703 Lone Tree Way / Antioch, and will continue every Sunday.

Beginner / Intermediate / Advance classes available (also 1-on-1)

We have spent a great deal of research in order to put together the most complete basketball training program at the most competitive pricing available.

"BLUEPRINT TRAINING"

1) Movement Stretching
2) Strengthening “of the core”
3) Skill Development - (Defense / Ball Handling / Rebounding / Passing / Shooting)
4) Conditioning

Beginner Class (20 members max): Focusing on fundamentals and getting beginners started with the right habits within the five areas of basketball (defense/ball handling/rebounding/passing/shooting).

Intermediate Class (15 members max): Addition of footwork, reaction & decision making.

Advanced Class (12 members max): Integrating nuances and advance technique. Also, mental toughness, using your body and taking advantage of dead spots on the court.

1-on-1 Class (2 members max): This class will be specifically designed to the deficiencies & needs of the individual. The key to this class is to match up two kids with similar ability & skill level.

All components to the “BLUEPRINT” are designed and conducted by Ruben Garcia; head frosh basketball coach @ Heritage HS / Designer of the skill development portion of the “Above the Rim" program @ Trucks Training / Founder and Co-Director of Team Select / Events by Select

* Analytical breakdown of deficiencies and needs of each individual.

* Derive a plan of action to improve on deficiencies and accommodate needs.

* Execution of that Plan - nothing happens without execution. This is where most people fail.

* Film analysis for advanced and intermediate classes. “A picture is worth a thousand words; but video is worth a million!” We will combine video with explanation.

"Blueprint Pricing"

* Beginner Class (20 members max): $10 per session / per member
* Intermediate Class (15 members max): $15 per session / per member
* Advanced Class (12 members max): $15 per session / per member
* 1-on-1 Class (2 members max): $25 per session / per member

These are the most competitive prices you will find for this kind of training (stretching / strength / skill development / conditioning) in every session. However, you must sign up for 10 classes in advance to get this preferred pricing. This is in an attempt to develop a level
of commitment by both parties. Also, this type of training is of the progressive sort and repetition is the key to its effectiveness.

"Dates / Times / Location"

Classes will begin Sunday November 17 and continue every Sunday after that:

* Beginner Class (20 members max): Sundays 5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. / Antioch Community Center
* Intermediate Class (15 members max): Sundays 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. / Antioch Community Center
* Advanced Class (12 members max): Sundays 7:45 p.m. - 9 p.m. / Antioch Community Center
* 1-on-1 Class (2 members max): Day, time and location for this class will vary due to the need of the student.
