It was Chico State venturing into the Cal State Stanislaus gym on Saturday and the host Warriors emerged with an overtime 80-78 victory.
Chris (Castro Valley High/Ohlone College) Read totaled 11 points for the victors.
Giordano (De La Salle/DVC/Sacramento State) Estrada went 5-10 from long distance in going for 20 points and he also nabbed five steals. Amir (Franklin High) Carraway posted a 15 point, six rebound line.
