Cameron Schott tweeted: "A pair of 2015 NorCal guards committed yesterday. Modesto Christian PG Jeff Wu is headed to Sac St. and Rocklin SG Vinnie Safin to Chico St."
Going by memory (dangerous to do at my age), Safin is the first DII commit this go-around.
