Will Cherry cut

"The Raptors have officially waived Will Cherry and Jordan Hamilton, the team announced. These moves reduce Toronto’s preseason roster count to 15 players, which is the league’s regular season limit. Both players had their deals partially guaranteed for $25K,.."
