KSmith shines

Mike Grimala reports that Kendall Smith was one of the standouts at UNLV's intra-sqaud scrimmage:

"...The most impressive performers were sophomores Chris Wood and Kendall Smith, who combined to lead the Gray team to a 46-28 victory. Wood finished with a game-high 15 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in 16 minutes, while Smith stuffed the stat sheet with eight points, five rebounds, four assists and a steal in 16 minutes...

...Smith was tasked with playing point guard for the Gray team and did a good job of running the offense, including a couple of occasions when he grabbed defensive rebounds and immediately pushed the ball up court to create transition opportunities. Smith made 4-of-7 from the field..."
