"The Comets defeated Napa Valley College 82-76 to keep their winning ways going in Bay Valley Conference play. After jumping out to a 16 point lead the Comets were able to withstand a late push by Napa Valley to seal the deal. G Anthony Sullen led the Comets with 20 points and 4 rebounds while F Deonte Smith added 19 points and 5 rebounds. F Larry Wickett added 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists off the bench. The Comets record now stands and 16-6 with a 5-1 record in Bay Valley Conference play... GO COMETS!!!"
