Down in Los Angeles on Saturday, Humboldt State bested Cal State Los Angeles 70-60. The Jacks were led by Malik Morgan's 22 points followed by Thomas (Diablo Valley College) Witzel's 17. Rakim Brown did not play.
Andre (Deer Valley High) McPhail's 16 points paced the home team.
