Merritt 90, Solano 70

Visiting Merritt College won each half by 10 points in downing Solano College 90-70 on Saturday. It was a 'big' night for the Thunderbirds as 6-foot-5 Lamont (St. Joseph-Notre Dame) Banks led with 23 points while 6-foot-9  Zach Christian enjoyed an 18 point, 12 board double-double.
