San Jose Mercury News: "Half Moon Bay had a five-point lead in the third quarter when Bellarmine went on a run that turned the game its way.
On its last eight possessions of the third quarter, Half Moon Bay committed six turnovers and missed both shots. Bellarmine went on a 10-0 run to take a 34-29 lead at the end of the third quarter and kept building on its lead in the fourth quarter.
Bellarmine (17-7) made five consecutive 3-point field goals.
"We're a good shooting team," Bellarmine coach Patrick Schneider said. "In the first half we missed a lot of open shots. In the second half the guys relaxed. You hit one, two, three and it snowballs from there."
