Two players from Cabrillo College moving on

Backcourter Markus Duran is walking on at UOP (Pacific) and frontcourter Bert Hall has signed with Azusa Pacific.

On Duran:

The MVP of the Coast Conference South Division, the 6-foot-0 175 pound guard averaged 19.8 points per game on 35% shooting from the 3 point line and 85% from the foul line. He led the state the last two years in three-point field goals made for the season

Seahawk center Bertram Hall has signed a scholarship offer to transfer to Azusa Pacific University in the fall of 2011. He is a 6-foot-6 220 pound post who was a Second Team All-Coast Conference South selection for the Seahawks. Hall, a native of Tehachapi, CA, averaged 10 points and nearly 9 rebounds a game for the Seahawks and was one of the outstanding defensive players in the conference as he took an astounding 35 charges in 28 games.
