Quincy Smith headed off to Hawaii after a successful season at City College of San Francisco -- being an all league and all state selection -- and he also received multiple kudos at Deer Valley High prior to playing for the Rams.
So as a UH 6-foot sophomore in 2013-14, Smith posted these numbers:
* 31 games, 17 minutes an outing
* 4.9 points per contest on 41%, 31% and 63% shooting respectively
* an 84-43 assist-to-turnover ratio, his assist total being second best on the team
* 26 steals which placed him third on the Rainbow Warriors
Smith was bothered by lingering back pain this season and also a toe injury.
