Up in Oakland on Thursday, Azuza Pacific bested Holy Names University 94-83. In a crossbay homecoming of sorts, LyDell (Mid-Peninsula High) Cardwell led the victors with 21 points and Connor (Archbishop Mitty) Peterson contributed 12.
Joshua (Bishop O'Dowd) Crum paced Holy Names with both 34 points and five assists. He shot 10-16 overall plus 13-14 at the charity stripe.
