Butte 75, Lassen 64

Chico Enterprise Record: "The Butte College men’s basketball team closed out the regular season in winning fashion with a 75-64 victory over Lassen on the road.

Trey Foster led the Roadrunners with 20 points, Josiah Wood added 18, and Michael Shoemaker scored 14 points and hauled in 10 rebounds in the win.

After trailing most of the way in the first half, Butte tied the contest at 43-all and from there, continued to stretch its lead by as many as 14 points to move on for the victory.

The Roadrunners (18-9, 7-3 Golden Valley Conference) finish second place in conference and look ahead to the postseason where they’ll likely play on the road. Playoff brackets and seedings will be announced on Monday."
