The Aztecs top UNLV

San Diego State proved its mettle once again last night, downing UNLV 73-64 in Las Vegas. The Aztecs trailed by one at halftime. Xavier Thames didn't shoot well (6-18) but finished with a well-rounded 19 points, six rebounds, six assists, two steals and zero turnovers.
