John Clay in (yes) the LEXINGTON Herald-Leader writes that it's time for Rick Pitino to depart from Louisville.
One is missing a crucial element of humaneness if any joy is generated by these troubles even though Pitino will land on his feet, either in the pros or the NBA. What seems missing in all this though is that his 'distance' from his program isn't necessarily an anomaly -- a number of head coaches don't necessarily have a finger on the so-called pulse of what is taking place within their organizations.
Still want to know who produced the money for these extracurricular events.
