Dave is a good man. College of Marin Athletic department is a joke
ReplyDeleteThe College of Marin Athletic Department is a travesty. They don't care about sports or young people. The administration is spineless.
ReplyDeleteSo the administration should care about a coach who cheated to win at all costs?
DeleteI guess the kids won't have a coach
ReplyDeleteThe kids dont have a coach.two weeks before season.
ReplyDeleteIf you cheat, you pay the consequences. Period.
ReplyDeleteI have a strong disdain for people like you. You post anonymously to down talk one of the most dominant coaches in the league. He beat the best so he cheated? He was beyond a coach to many, including myself! He assembled a group of great kids and molded them into something even greater. No cheating necessary. PERIOD.
DeleteCan the assistant coaches take over as interim?
ReplyDeleteCoach Dave was and is a great coach. In my time playing at College of Marin he not only helped me grow as a player but also as a man. He is the closest thing to a father figure that some of us has ever had at least I ever had. Coach Dave maybe a lot of things but a cheater is not one of them. From the first day I walked onto campus we never took any shortcuts or cut any corners. We worked day in and day out and prided ourselves on doing things the RIGHT WAY on and off the court. I've never understood why us as people our so quick to tear down others for accomplishing what they couldn't have or didn't think could be done. Instead of criticizing how about we applaud him for a job well done; for taking a dead program, a program that was devoid of all pride and tradition and turning it into a Conference Champion and a State Contender.
