Contra Costa College Men's Basketball: "The Comets defeated Alameda in convincing fashion in the first round of the Bay Valley Conference Tournament 108-73. The Comets dished out a season high 29 assists en route to the impressive victory. G Rae Jackson led the Comets with 19 points and 5 assists, while F Larry Wickett had 13 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists. G Dwight Wilson added 15 points and 3 assists off the bench. The Comets move on to host Yuba College tomorrow night at 7 PM...GO COMETS!!!"
