One of the most underrated college talents

John Devine: "The former Palma High and Hartnell College point guard is averaging 12.8 points and 3.9 assists in 34 games this season for the Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem professional basketball team.

Rowland, who has spent a decade playing professional basketball overseas, averaged 15.2 points and 4.9 assists in 16 EuroCup games for Hapoel Bank Yahav.

The VTB United League Most Valuable Player in 2013 for Latvian, Rowland was also the league MVP in the playoffs in 2013.

The 6-foot-2 Rowland helped Hartnell College to the state tournament in 2003 before playing point guard on St. Mary's NCAA tournament team in 2004."
