Isaiah (Sierra JC/Placer High) Pineiro's 22 points led Portland State in its 83-68 victory over Montana State Thursday in the Rose City. Teammate De'Sean (Salt Lake CC/Grant High) Parsons enjoyed his best game of the season with 13 points, 13 rebounds and four steals.
