Max Hooper went from Harvard to St. John's, where he graduated from last May and now the 6-foot-5 sharpshooter is listed as a junior at Oakland University.
The Golden Grizzlies are in the Horizon League and featured 6-foot-5 guard Travis Bader last season. He averaged 20.6 points per game in 2013-14 with 360 of his 479 shot attempts being behind the three-point line. In fact, Bader is the NCAA career leader for three-point field goals and field goal attempts.
This sounds like perfect positioning for Hooper who is known for his catch-and-shoot accuracy behind the arc.
