Question on Theo Johnson

Theo Johnson is a junior at Liberty University in Virginia this season, having transferred out of College of Charleston (which later fired its coach for abusive behavior). Question: will the Flames appeal to the NCAA based on the reason for the transfer so Johnson can bypass having to redshirt this season?
