On Saturday, host Idaho State downed University of Great Falls 77-72 behind the scoring explosion of Ali (Arizona Western College/San Lorenzo High) Faruk-Bey who totaled 28 points. He shot 9-18, 6-12 and 4-5 respectively.
"The one thing you can't take from Ali is that he plays with tremendous effort," Idaho State coach Bill Evans said. "That is what makes him good."
