FCC 100, CCC 89 /// The Rams are in the Final Four

Last night in the San Joaquin, BJ (Bakersfield High) Shelton exploded for 27 points, Jaffrey Stillman contributed 11 points plus 14 boards, Mike (Antioch High) Crawley posted a 12 point, 13 rebound double-double and Evan (Golden Valley High) Stillahn shot 4-6 from long distance to add 12 points as Fresno City College topped Contra Costa College 100-89.

Also, Josh (Golden Valley High) Sykes rejected six shots in 19 minutes while the Rams shot 51%, 50% (9-18) and 71% respectively.

Contra Costa College Men's Basketball: "The Comets season came to an unfortunate end tonight as they fell to #3 Fresno City 100-89. After falling behind by 23 points the Comets battled back to get the deficit down to 7 points but couldn't complete the comeback as they ran out of energy. G Anthony Sullen led the Comets with 40 points and 5 rebounds while F Larry Wickett added 12 points and 13 rebounds to go along with 4 assists. The Comets finish the season 25-8 and will come back next year trying to defend their conference championship... GO COMETS!!!"
