Mike Best scored the game-winning basket with 3.6 seconds remaining for UC Irvine last night in the Anteaters' 67-66 victory down in the Bayou State over Louisiana Lafayette. Best finished with six points, six rebounds and three blocked shots while teammate Jonathan Galloway went big for 13 rebounds, eight points plus four blocked shots. Irvine now advances to the semi finals in the CIT tournament.
