UC Santa Barbara downed Northern Illinois University 70-63 in Las Vegas on Monday as sophomore guard Gabe Vincent led with 20 points. It was an opening round game in the new Vegas 16 tournament.
Gaucho Coach Bob Williams' guys go up against Old Dominion on Tuesday.
